Considering the same medication regimens have been used on cís children since the 80’s. In the UK 100 trans children prescribed PBs on 22/23 4,843 cís children. Same drugs, same regime.

The spousal veto is a clause in the Gender Recognition Act that requires a trans person to seek consent from their spouse should they wish to change their legal gender and bars them from changing it if the spouse objects.
It has nothing to do with whether they can divorce.

In most states, age 18 is the age of majority and thus, before treating a patient under the age of 18, consent must be obtained from the patient's parent or legal guardian.
But again with parental consent it still works in the US. Strange you don’t know your own countries system
