Prolonged indoor hours due to school hours or occupational (significantly shift working ) rob the skin of adequate exposure to sunlight, resulting in Vit D insufficiency. Vitamin D deficiency may be more marked during the winter months.

I beg to differ from the psychological perspective that states: "Love is generally considered the most important factor for human happiness among the three options, as strong social connections and loving relationships are consistently identified as key contributors to overall well-being and life satisfaction; often surpassing the importance of wealth or even health alone". I feel, lack of optimum health spoils our QoL and in the long run, inevitably disrupts love, affection and ends up as a financial burden.

Regular sun exposure is the most natural way to get enough vitamin D. To maintain healthy blood levels, aim to get between 4 and 15 minutes of midday sunlight, several times per week. People with darker skin may need a little more than this. Adequate serum vitamin D levels account for numerous health benefits. Latitude, season, skin colour, and sun protection determine UV absorption and vitamin D production
