Is this stupid podcast and outrage a blessing in disguise? Will this incident open the eyes of the public towards how Hinduism is being marketed and exploited. How it is just a way of making money or getting votes or getting attention.
Never ever trust Spirituality/ Bhakti of people whose words don’t match their actions! Money & Attention hungry worms like these will bring a bad name for even legit folks. Real spiritual people will never go around preaching about their spirituality or greatness. Their actions will speak! These people think people are stupid & they can make up some BS & fool people. Can do that for a while, but not for ever. #RanveerAllahbadia

Sir, I was sick and was trying to go home from a Clinic (not sure if it was after an operation). No rickshaw was willing to take me home. Here is my message to CMO, etc. Dear @CMOMaharashtra @MTPHereToHelp @mybmc Can we have Ambulance/Geriatric Autorickshaws in the City? They can be attached to Hospitals. They can take patients/elderly from hospital to nearest railway station/Metro Station/etc. Just like there is Share Taxi -- can we have share taxis for the Sick/Old -- from Hospital to Rly Stn/Metro Stn. Saw an elderly couple standing near a hospital requesting multiple taxis to take them to the nearest station. Taxi and rickshaw drivers should not be allowed to refuse to take elderly patients to and from a hospital.

Just finished reading When Things Fall Apart by Pema Chödrön. A constant refrain is: our habitual patterns our ancient ways of doing things being stuck Not sure I understood her clearly when she talks of choicelessness. Apparently, we don't have a choice. It is our ego which things we are making a choice. (cf with habits over-ruling us!)
Our habits over-rule what we know is good for us. #habits

There are many things in medicine and health that is subjective. Also, patients fail to realize that advice differs based on the patient's age, gender, family history, and health. It is better to choose the option which makes sense logically and economically. It makes sense logically, then do it. Can't afford it, maybe you can postpone (or take a second opinion).
