The article notes men typically display confidence more than woman & this hubris is what ultimately results in leadership failure.
👉 The solution, I think, is to be able to recognise competence (in everyone).
We tend to equate leadership with the very features that make the average man a more inept leader than the average woman. The result is a pathological system that rewards men for their incompetence while punishing women for their competence.
