The fact this is being proposed shows there is not clear rules and regulation for the space, something crypto firms have been begging for, and something the SEC has been saying has been clear all along. This disputes everything Chair Gensler has been saying publicly.

Crypto is considered property, so in this regards, every child/person who trades or exchanges pokemon cards, baseball cards, or any other property of value should all be required to KYC before purchasing anything that can be exchanged among each other.

No. It's not going to go off like a rocket or anything, it's priced where the markets believe it's worth right now. The only way it will increase in value is when the US finally passes some type of crypto legislation, and/or institutions start using it and there is more buying

Actually if you check the actual numbers it's a $90,000 increase in average prices not 90%, which is actually a 30% increase which is still quite large but still a lot less than many other countries with extremely high inflation. Following the trend line from 1993 to today though

The trial is over at this point, the only piece left is just the penalty payment for the small piece of the ruling. That piece should not drastically affect the price. For all intensive purposes where XRP is at now is where the market deems it's current value is.

From my quick look, someone created trustlines, some I see on ChangeNOW, to try to flood XRP to exchanges, likely attempting to crash the price, what is impressive to me is the check and balance the XRPL has which seems to have caused their attack to fail.
