Autogynephilic men have a sexual interest in providing breast examinations to real women. It validates their imagined feminine identity by making them "one of the girls." Disturbingly, it's the same with autogynephilic men wanting to work in rape crisis centres.

I compare it that film, The Giver where doctors under mind control euthanise babies that aren't thriving. Then at the end (spoiler...) when the mind control is lifted, the doctors realise what they're doing and are horrified.
