A momentous day today. Sunday roast at a pub with my OH. Not the first ever, but the first as Davina. No weirdness, just good food in relaxed surroundings. Also, came out to the last 2 people who matter to me. I was worried, but shouldn't have been. My sister raised good kids.

I've received criticism because I discovered I was trans in my 50s, saying that I'm making it up. Those people are wrong. I've always known I'm not male. Other people have always known I'm not male and victimised me for it. I spent 50 years trying to conform.

Beautiful people, I'm crying again. Today my OH visited her parents to tell them about me (because breaking up needs a reason). Expected anger and rejection. She came home with a message of love and, if not support, one of understanding. I'm completely blown away.

Amazing week!. Finally "completed" counselling. Fully comfortable with who I am, and moving forward. Started HRT. Electrolysis on both nipples/areolas (not enjoyable, but amazing results).
