I mean give them away for free in store/online. So people make an effort to get them. Tie the purchase to your IMEI number so people can't claim more than one and you're good. Only those that are required are requested if the person wants to take the Green stance they can.

My biggest issue with it is whilst YES people already have chargers from previous phones, they have increased the charge rate, so what they are saying is sure you can charge at older speeds, but if you want the faster stuff, give us more money.

What would VAR do in that instance? It's not a red card offence (yellow at worst which they don't get involved with), it's not a penalty, it didn't lead to a goal... VAR had nothing to do with the 2nd goal.
