I’ve been a union worker my entire adult life in Healthcare. We were lucky to get 3-5% raises every three years. They’ve also automated many of our jobs. It’s happening in every industry. Keep moving forward. Adapt.

I worked at Stanford throughout the past several years. I would say 99% of my colleagues spewed everything they were told from their superiors. Very few questioned anything. I agree you must question everything. No matter how many degrees/initials are behind the name.
