Hasn’t stopped thousands of commercial conversions in the past, create subfloors and false ceilings to run all plumbing/services etc then to touch the concrete. Existing staircases/lift shafts remain in situ.
Most commercial buildings have the ceiling heights to accommodate the

Last year, I set up 2 desks in a spare room at home. Put a post up on our local fb group inviting those who were struggling to work from home to walk over and use this space providing they pay what they felt it was worth at the end.

Not entirely the same but joist hanger detail is. Services run as they would normally in the raised floor and up through partitions etc.
The concrete floor doesn’t get touched, inverse for the ceiling.

The amount of 'remote first' start ups are growing at an insane rate...why raise capital to spend most of it on a stupid lease to only outgrow it 5 months later.
Instead spend it on flexible workspaces/team/product and marketing...the things that matter!

Regen braking doesn’t require so much cooling to brakes so wider spokes/disc like wheels can be used. Also improves range efficiency.

The organisations that are most and least effective will be the ones who provide their teams freedom to 'work from anywhere' and those that don't. Thats not to say they need to have their own office but provide the facility for workspace options and flexibilty.

Founders need to expect when raising that a large proportion of the funds will be allocated to experimentation/things that don't work out and fail with nothing but lessons to show for it. You may only be left with half your marketing budget to actually apply to things that work.
