@FilmoreJenna @DanielBerglind It's a fair amount of protein but not impossible. For a 190 pound man, 8 ounces of steak or ground beef at each meal would do it. For a 130 pound woman, that's 6 ounces per meal.

The fall of a once great nation is heartbreaking to watch.
Britain. 1. 250.000 young girls were systematically r*ped by grooming gangs. 2. Authorities covered it up and sent people to diversity training courses for talking about it. 3. Police arrested fathers who tried to save their daughters. 4. Media destroyed the lives of people who dared to expose this. 5. Tommy Robinson is currently in solitary confinement. This is the biggest scandal in Britain perhaps ever. Protect the children now.
