Had a nervous breakdown. I paid reedsy for a developmental and copy edit for my entire book.
After 8 rejections,
I paused querying temporarily and sent my 1st ten pages to an agent for consultation.
He caught so many things like repetition, and I shouldn’t switch to different

Oh my gosh! I found my old Map I created. This is the Map for my book series Roceria.
Made this when I was 19 years old.
This world is called Efana, and book 1 takes place in the Continent of Antinia.

Build a trap door in your house. Have them come over and when they stand above the trap door you flip the switch. The pit ends up being a slide that leads to the outside into a pool of mouse traps.

Meats, any type of meat I try to spend more money for quality. I’ve seen chicken filled with hormones and antibiotics. Pigs and cows the same way. It’s disturbing.
I make sure to buy mine at a local butcher or a farm.

I haven’t posted in two weeks because I finished editing my book. I wanted more so I wrote a sequel and once I finished the sequel. I wrote the sequel to my sequel. lol
120,000 words typed in two weeks.

So my MC Trint has a Baby red dragon that poops and pees in his bed all the time. Causing the two to get into hilarious fights and a lot of burnt clothes.
Still they are best friends and wouldn’t abandon each other ever.

Exercise, it helps to bring dopamine to your mind and gets the creativity juices flowing.
Apple juice before going to sleep, gives you wild lucid dreams and write them down as soon as you wake up.
There are others but I stick with these two.

Taking myself out of the query trenches. No matter how I can rewrite Beyond Destiny. I just can’t get it to be a stand alone.
Thinking about the self publishing route but before I do I’m going to finish editing Roceria and going to try the traditional method with this one.

I had to go deep into my memories to remember why I loved writing. Writing helped me get out of my depression and prevented a lot of pain for me. I am now going to give writing everything I got. No matter how long it will take, it is my goal to become a published author.
