I suspect that MS opted to ignore that destructive fad & stuck with phonics instead.

The basketball gods do not approve of mortals thinking that they are oh so clever and can game the system. Look how they treated the Sixers and that so-called Process. "Oh, you think you can tank repeatedly and build that way? Your All Pro center will never be completely healthy and you will draft a consensus all-world talent who actually has no heart for the game. Have fun!"
