Home Office has finally recognised that a client, forced to dig graves in Libya, is a trafficking victim. HO had previously ignored this & removed him to Switzerland. He became homeless & came back to UK; now, thanks to @IsabellaKirwan_ , his asylum claim will be considered here.

Since Dec 2020, we’ve had 14 clients transferred out of Napier barracks. However, many are extremely vulnerable survivors of trafficking & torture & should never have been housed there in the first place. Our wider litigation continues. @SheroyZaq @georgia_banks @TrittonElla act

Thanks to the bravery of the #Stansted15 grounding the plane, those on board were able to instruct lawyers & we were later able to get injunctions. Some of them now have status, the Home Office accepting their human rights would be breached if removed from UK.

We’ve intervened in today’s appeal brought by the #Stansted15 who were charged under counter-terror laws for protesting the Hostile Environment. Protest is not a crime. These charges are an attack on our rights.
