Short of concocting a 25-year old WR1 out of thin air, this is probably the best and most realistic move the Bills could have made to help their WR room.
You can see why with the link below 👇
My favorite Ryan Fitzpatrick fun fact is that he played for every AFC East team except for the Patriots, and managed to beat the Patriots at least once in each of those stops, and each one of those games is an absolute classic.
Love how the NFL can penalize and fine someone for pointing a finger at a player while scoring, implying that it’s a bad thing and not good for the sport, and then a few weeks later just use the same image in their promo material.
The Bills lost Tre White, Matt Milano, and DaQuan Jones in back to back weeks.
Then, during the regular season finale, lost Gabe Davis, Tyrel Dodson, and Rasul Douglas all before halftime.
Find a way to win.
You know the game Miami stopped being a Super Bowl contending team?
It was when they lost Jaelan Phillips and Xavien Howard in the same game.
That’s it. It’s not coaching. It’s talent. Not enough of it anymore.
The Bills are signing ex-Rams OLB Von Miller to a multi-year deal, source confirms (
@RapSheet
first). I’m told Miller’s camp conveyed their interest in Buffalo early on and a big part of it was Miller wanting to play with Josh Allen.
These are the worst games.
It’s not fun, it’s not entertaining, injuries suck the joy out of it, refs inserting themselves as much as possible.
Everything about this game has sucked.
Folks, I am asking you great fervor and conviction to come together, as one, for the final time in the regular season, and say with me…
GO. BILLS.

“The Bills really miss Brian Daboll, it’s so obvious”.
Look, I love Daboll, a lot.
But also, his offenses weren’t perfect or without flaws either.
Like when they stunk for a good chunk of 2021.
Or when they had a lull in 2020.
If we’re talking about problems from last night, I
So we’re just pretending that Lombardi just sat on the info about 13 seconds well over a year after it happened??
If it looks like bullshit, and sounds like bullshit, well…
"Let's go back to Leslie Frazier's departure from Buffalo..
Sean McDermott took over the play calling with 13 seconds left in Kansas City that resulted in a field goal..
This year McDermott wanted to call the defense and Frazier decided to leave"

Bills fans when Daboll was the OC:
“OMG HE SUX WHY CANT THEY JUST RUN THE DAMN BALL, YOU GOTTA TAKE PRESSURE OFF ALLEN”
Bills fans after Daboll leaves: “SO FUCKING TYPICAL, MCDERMOTT JUST WANTS TO RUN THE BALL, HE’S WASTING JOSH’S BEST YEARS”
The

clearly just don't value WR like they should. Daboll left, and McDermott got his want with having a more RB centric Offense. That what you get with a Defensive HC.
meanwhile, Miami has Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle, and now Odell Beckham.

One of the best signing of the McDermott/Beane era, and so important to the run they had. A great leader, personality, and player who will be tough to replace.
Hope he gets a shot at a ring somewhere.
After the game, Sean McDermott said this team has “one heartbeat”.
He’s right, because the Bills’ culture throughout the entire season, culminating in a 4th straight AFC East title, is “Never say die”.
My recap below 👇
Syracuse Tackle Matthew Bergeron had the support of his family watching him in practice today.
Part of my interview with him discussed what that felt like for him to have his family there.

The Bills just won’t quit, and that has carried them into the divisional round for a 4th straight season.
My recap of the Bills’ win over the Steelers in the wild card round is below 👇
Spencer Brown is a perfect example of the fact that progression isn’t linear.
Had some flashes in his rookie season due to his athleticism, struggled through injuries in his second year, but really came into his own in year 3.
This should absolutely be a Bills target in the first two rounds.
Even if there’s no immediate need at Center or Guard, Morse is no guarantee year to year and is over 30 years old to begin with.
NFL totally over-thought it with Creed Humphrey.
Hope teams don’t make same mistake with John Michael Schmitz.
If you need a center, take JMS and get a two-contract high-level starter.
One of the surest things in this year’s draft.

So I’m gonna pretend this isn’t just engagement farming for a second, and address this seriously to make a point.
Some people need to realize that some players simply aren’t available to be traded. The Bills will not trade Josh Allen in his prime, if, ever.
The only non-playoff year for McDermott was when they ate tens of millions in cap space and Josh Allen was a rookie playing with Kelvin Benjamin and Andre Holmes as his top receivers.
My man’s one of the best coaches in the NFL right now.
If nothing else, Andreessen is coming and hitting and isn’t afraid of the moment.
He doesn’t look out of place against the Steelers’ starters and that’s as much as you can ask for from a kid in his position.
Allen delivers an accurate throw and it’s droppers
Allen has an open receiver and under throws it.
Absolutely nothing is working for this offense. Nothing.
@ColinB78
Dawkins was mediocre last year and he’s 30 years old
James Cook is a RB which doesn’t move the needle in the wins column
Kincaid is a bottom-5 top receiving option in the league
Bernard was terrible last season
Ed Oliver was below average last year
Milano was average last
Last year, my parents got me a signed Josh Allen jersey for Christmas.
This year they got me a signed Stefon Diggs jersey because “well you just can’t have Allen without Diggs.”
#BillsMafia
It’s the eye black, in his own home.
It’s the jaw drop on the 55-yard Diggs TD.
It’s the realization that they’re not winning this game.
But really, the ending is what seals it.
This is art.
A reminder that, as
@NFLOfficiating
clearly pointed out in last night’s game, if you’re a football player and feeling frustrated, just start kicking players under a pile. They’ll just throw meaningless flags on both sides for offsetting penalties and you won’t get ejected.
According to NGS, Ed Oliver has 15 QB pressures this season (2nd among DTs prior to SNF, behind only Javon Hargrove with 18)
According to NGS, Oliver’s 27.3 pct QB pressure rate is the best in NFL this season (minimum of 50 pass rush snaps, prior to SNF)

Keon Coleman? Puka Nauca? Pretty different players, but share some similarities when it comes to the NFL combine and how we view athletic profiles for WRs through a potentially narrow lens.

No.
You drafted him to be a boundary receiver with the acknowledgment that he’s raw and will take time to adjust.
Making a change to how you plan on using him now is silly, and an overreaction.
Rex Ryan all-out torches Todd Monken:
"This is the stupidest game plan I've ever seen, and you know what Greg Roman? Every single person needs to apologize to you. Because you got blamed for everything about what was wrong in Baltimore, and it wasn't you."
