A question by @medicalaxioms surprised me when many people responded that they would rather die than be afflicted with brain injury / stroke / SCI + PEG / trach. Because rehabilitation of this population is my daily activity, it struck a nerve. (1/3)

Anyone else noted that United Healthcare / Community Health Choice Medical Directors are refusing to disclose their names during “peer-to-peer” discussions? I guess being accountable for your decisions is not part of the deal?
