@xo_coach @JoshMorse20 Inflation is killing everyone right now. Those wages are worth 1/2 of what they were just a 2-3 years ago. I think many young coaches are pursing other options. Shoot you can make $15/hr at McDonalds now. So the low number of people doesn’t really surprise me.

Something that has been weighing heavily on my heart recently is the obligation we have to serve. It's not an opportunity or a responsibility; it's an obligation. WE MUST DO IT! Perfection isn't a goal for our satisfaction but a debt we owe to the athletes. Anything less is.

I’m so proud of this group of young men. They’ve dealt with so much outside their control and they finally had a chance to line up and play football. Lots to improve upon, but I’m tremendously happy with the teamwork and effort I saw on the field yesterday. Go Trojans!

I loose my RB as a blocker on jet. I lose all my bash game. Most pass pro from pistol is unnecessarily difficult. In quicks, the RB doesn’t stress the defense fast enough from that depth.

@CoachTatum90 If you have a physical downhill run game then pistol is NASTY! But from what I see, most HS do it solely so the D can’t key the RB and they lack the execution up front. Pistol is an enhancement, not an answer, IMO. Again different strokes for different folks!.
