San Francisco is one of those cities which if you looked at a barren satellite view you'd go "build a city here"-same with Istanbul, same with New York City, same with London. That it isn't the most populated city in the world is insane and testimony to decades of stupidity.
“Build a new city” seems like a good idea to me, but really everyone should be asking themselves why the existing San Francisco Bay Area isn’t the largest metro area in the world rather than the second-largest in the state.
