@thegarybrecka Fasting is the most impactful thing I’ve changed. I see people asking “what exercise can I do to get rid of my belly fat?” The cure for belly fat is diet … and fasting. If fasting is intimidating, at least reduce your “feeding window” by eating only 2 meals a day.

@b2hcraig You’re right. Many times the “replacement” is worse than the original. In trying to replicate those carbs with a low carb alternative, they fill it with toxic chemicals. Or they use fructose and call it “sugar free.” Stay away!! 😳.

@NoCarbsNation I’m easing into carnivore … doing what’s probably considered “ketovore” right now. Still having cacao powder in my coffee and berries in my Greek yogurt. But have cut back to two meals a day … 6 or 7 hour “feeding window.”.

Same … except I’m a pharmacist, not a doctor.
I’m a physician, and I will literally do ANYTHING to avoid taking a prescription drug. It’s not my thing and never will be. If I have to one day for some reason, then so be it, but only as an absolute LAST RESORT when all other natural options are exhausted.

I'm an RN of 23 years. I am sick n tired of the status quo in this HHS. @RobertKennedyJr brings the hope of change. Do we know what the outcome will be? No. But what we DO KNOW is the current shit is KILLING US AND OUR CHILDREN. That is why confirming RFKjr is so important.
