Glad you asked. A few reasons. 1) a lot of women have fears around losing themselves in motherhood. The feminist lies that have been sold project motherhood as something that destroys you, including physically. I am very interested in countering that narrative. 2) Making America Healthy starts at home, and largely with mothers. I think it is incredible important to have people who champion a healthy lifestyle and help show others a path to becoming the healthiest versions of themselves. I show this because it is where I am with my health. Every season of life has challenges, this season is especially challenging for me, but we cannot let our health be the thing we give up when life gets hard.
