Be sure you put an option period for an inspection in the contract. Get an inspection to make sure the entire building isn’t just a tear down. Getting some estimates for renovations in various rooms would also be a good idea to see if it is feasible.

$USA officially broke out of that lower range (pic 1), sitting at around a 3x from the bottom. I don't see a reason to start selling here.
I think we've established our new demand area (pic 2) between 074-082. We may have to be patient for the next big move.
$USA tends to bottom on low volume boredom, unlike some coins that bottom with a bang.
I think there's a good chance we graduate from this range permanently in the coming weeks. 28 was a great buy in retrospect.
