I don't agree with Adult players being 'Forced to Coach' underage players but I do believe that Adult players should give back in some capacity to the underage teams in their club.
I believe it sets a good example to younger players & their parents

There aren’t too many stimuli like chasing or being chased that drive sprint intensity. Tag games are a simple & effective way to expose athletes to high intensity accelerations & game specific positions.
