is Coaching Apprenticeships.
Whereby aspiring coaches could work in an IC Setup and learn from top IC coaches.
If you could pick 1 coach to learn from, who would it be??
Sunday Dilemma
Who do you pick in your championship team??
1. The multi-talented player who has missed 50% of training sessions
Or
2. The very hard working player, gives 100% all the time, never misses training but has half the ability of No. 1

Never worry about the things we can't control. Think positive. The glass is always half full. Get out into the fresh air and exercise. Things always look better after exercise.
@marsdendiarmaid
In my opinion, if a goalie or any player can catch the ball like Brian Hogan has done, then play should continue and no score given.
It's an unbelievable skill and be encouraged more
@movementcoachkm
I don't agree with Adult players being 'Forced to Coach' underage players but I do believe that Adult players should give back in some capacity to the underage teams in their club.
I believe it sets a good example to younger players & their parents

There aren’t too many stimuli like chasing or being chased that drive sprint intensity. Tag games are a simple & effective way to expose athletes to high intensity accelerations & game specific positions.

@skillacq
Don't normally comment on social media but seeing this video has made me sick to my stomach. That behaviour is totally unacceptable, no matter what the circumstances are. An adult coach hitting a child player should not be accepted. That coach should be banned from coaching again
Feedback from the kids yesterday was “Go bigger!!”😎
- Tag 🏃♂️
- Build up tag ⛓
- Tidy your bedroom 🛏
- Multiple catch the flag 🏴
- Go Go Gold 💰

The tackle on Orla Cronin on the build up to that incident should have been a penalty.
The lads in Munster Rugby would have been proud of that tackle.
Amazing how the linesman spotted the afters but not the tackle 🤔

Another fantastic article by
@movementcoachkm
Some excellent Coaching Nuggets in it:
'The more movements and decisions you get asked to make, the better you will become'
@goldmedalmind
One of the worst coaches I've ever had once said (and it's the only positive thing I can remember about him and his coaching)
'If you want something you've never had, you must be willing to do something you've never done'
The very best of luck to
@wesleyob1
