@coachsabre @movementcoachkm @PaulGlazier Agree it’s why (as u’ve suggested) constraining to afford (CLA) Eliciting skilled behaviour works well in particularly in nuanced adaptive movement activities. appreciated ur prior examples also Zoran Tulums work (eg’s👇🏽). Requires high Experiential knowledge from Coach.
