Hard truth.
What's the ONLY thing that's proven to improve sports performance? Genetics? No - lots of kids with great genes never make it. Talent? No - talented kids who never realize their potential is common all over the world. Money and facilities? No - go visit some "elite" training centres in Africa, some of Eastern Europe, parts of Asia, and areas of South America where they consistently produce world class athletes and you'll realize money and facilities are a "nice to have" but not essential. What's the only thing that's proven to improve sports performance? Consistent hard (as in "giving all I've got") work. Here's the great news. As a #coach, you can inspire athletes to give all they have to everything they do. It costs nothing. You can do it anywhere. The athletes don't need talent or the right genes. They just need you - and the best coaching you can give. #waynegoldsmith #wgcoaching #sportsperformance #coaching

@TomMay1 Lots to unpick before as well. You need the final accuracy to score. You also need the trust to pass into a window of space which you someone is running into when you offload. Trust and skill in harmony
