I've decided I'd like to use my personal account here to talk more about all things related to Pokémon tournaments. I enjoy it a lot, I think things can be learned from all parties reading, and I'm in a unique position to contribute to discussions and change.

Is Elon super high for this interview?
What’s he’s saying is barely intelligible, let alone good business sense and confidence-inspiring from a CEO of several companies.
@ChrisDJackson
Trump can lie. The indictment even says so: "3. The Defendant had a right, like every American, to speak publicly about the election and even to claim, falsely, that there had been outcome-determinative fraud during the election and that he had won."
He still can't crime.

At first glance, I thought this was one of those motivational posts of someone who learned how to code and got their first job at a tech co.
Funny how there are people wanting to go the the other way too, in a different context.
Hot take: If you are a guy uncomfortable being hugged by a gay man who could be attracted to you, imagine how it feels to be a woman being hugged by a guy she has no interest in but he totally wants to get with her.

I remember playing JWittz as a small tournament, I was still a newbie and not sure how to play my rogue-ish deck against him. In a particular turn, he said "okay Carlos, what have you got for me".
I know I was taking a while and took the hint. The words you use could matter.

The irony is, as someone views an NFT asset with their Web browser, a perfect replica is copied and given to the Web browser for storage locally on the visitor’s computer. No screenshot necessary to have a copy, it is unknowingly given like Valdemort’s father’s bone.

Remind me, which ballot is Trump on?
Oh, none. That's right. There's no election yet. He isn't even the Republican nominee yet.

The downside of "universal auth" using Web3 as it exists today is if you lose control of your wallet, you compromise access to EVERYTHING.
People can and will have multiple wallets. Passwords to wallets and seed phrases will be leaked. It will be ugly.

Hi Justin. Do your own research, but I’ve read that in retrospect, some doctors have said steroid use may do more harm than good for the lungs and COVID-19.
I’m sorry you’re going through this. But thank you for sharing with us.

✅ Did Sunday interviews on ABC, CNN, & NBC and local news in Wisconsin

Everyone who has ever bought a sports jersey of their favorite athlete ought to throw it away and go win a game on their own, leave their own legacy.
Everyone who has ever bought a movie prop ought to throw it away and make their own movie, leave their own legacy.

Illogical side-by-side comparison. Both are “languages” technically but one is used to write software and the other is used to query a database.

Same thought! But it's from the Richard Donner cut released in 2006. The original movie has Clark accidentally putting his hand in a fireplace, but has no wounds.

Trump was already President and pushed his DOJ/FBI already to do this. It's all he knows, and can't recognize when they're acting legitimately and independently. Projection at its finest.

Looks like 7 or 8 black vehicles which I presume are Secret Service. That makes sense to me. The front 3 police vehicles also make sense to clear traffic. A few in the back should be there too.
Why an ambulance and SO MANY vehicles behind, I have no idea.

There is no good reason for the vehicle to be this shape. Trains are long and thin for reasons.
If you can make a center rail that is 5 feet wide to accommodate this monstrosity, you can elevate it and make it 10 feet wide for a normal train.

This fellow is so misguided! You don’t coat your hands in soap and then attempt to wash it off with water. That’s not how soaps work.
You wet your hands then add a little bit of soap. Dirt binds to soap. Water alone works but a bit of soap works more.

Anyone would appreciate the statement that inflating over the course of 3 years from $328 million to $714 million value is ENTIRELY subjective.
Also, no real estate expert would purchase Mar-A-Lago for even $328 million.

Smart contracts (code) which can’t be readily corrected if needed is a bad idea.
I saw someone make the case that contract code will be the most secure ever because companies will put enough resources on it before deploying.
Yeah, the world doesn’t always work that way.

Why are you comparing it to eBay at IPO...in *1988*? So many people didn't have Internet even.
eBay gross merchandising volume in 2022 was $73.9B. If you want to compare eBay in 1998 to NFTs today, then NFT's need to get to $2.8T annualized (217x) someday to be comparable.
...anyone who tried to register in the first *11 minutes* got a spot.
Said another way, there were 800 TCG MA spots available, and it took 11 full minutes for 800 players to try.
This is a good thing. It means if you were on time and wanted a spot, you could have had one.

Regan's like, “Ah you think Pikachu is your ally? You merely adopted the game. I was born in it, molded by it. I didn't play in Masters until I was already a man, by then it was nothing to me but older!”
it's reasonable to consider Trump was doing something illicit with them, AND it took time for the government to gather evidence of that.

First of all, capacity cannot be unlimited. Event planning just doesn't work that way.

That is the whole modus operandi of the Republicans right now: introduce Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt.
In the media, like this original post, they don't have to prove anything...just raise suspicions and let the general public do the rest of the work of building negative sentiment.

Which I gotta correct: a VG player did it in 5.912 seconds. You guys/gals are good!
