We laid my dad to rest today at the Great Lakes National Cemetery. Although he was drafted in 1962 just after he and my mom were married, he was proud to serve the country that he loved! It was a beautiful ceremony!🇺🇸

In my 20’s I went to a dentist. He claimed I had 11 cavities. Huh? My teeth felt fine. He said it would cost $15,000. I didn’t go to another dentist until years later when I needed a mercury cap from childhood removed. Honest dentist said I had no cavities. Beware out there.

They didn’t cheat enough in 2016 (it was too big to rig and it blindsided them). In 2020, they were prepared. That’s why they stopped counting on election night. They needed to know how many fake ballots they needed. It’s so obvious!

I’m pretty sure Trump lost in Michigan because of all of those Wayne County voters whose ballots showed up at 3 AM 🤔, not college educated suburban women. Btw, there were more votes counted in Wayne county than actual citizens 18 and over…but no one talks about that.

. The manager was very understanding and then proceeded to tell me that all fitness centers have the same policies, they just have been spotlighted. Maybe enough light and the policies will change!

What about Cotisol? It’s the fight or flight hormone. If your body goes into caloric deficit and you are working out, your body may be stressed which increases cortisol. When cortisol is elevated our bodies hang on to fat because it thinks it’s starving. Hormones play a role!

I have 3 Gen Z boys of voting age, who voted. All three of them plus their buddies are very conservative. Their female friends however, are definitely not. I also have a 16 year old daughter that cannot logically agree with the left, but may be emotionally manipulated by them. 🤷♀️
