This has some displacement as noted by the gapping of the dorsal cortex. Retrograde screw would allow less immobilization and likely decreased nonunion rate.

@olsonplanner My wife and I own and manage rental income. It is not passive, but a way to diversify, reduce tax burden and employ our kids. Definitely not passive and questionably better than just investing broadly.

@EdGainesIII Is there any possibility to pass lasting legislation so physicians are not up for a cut every year? This is a crazy system. If CMS is short for the year they cut physicians instead of an across the board cut to hospitals and Medicare Advantage?
