Need to replace for-profit corporation insurance model with nonprofit trusts that have term limited & unpaid board members.

@BillAckman @EPotterMD @UHC The vast majority of Doctors try to help their patients in spite of the friction, denials, delays and interference by the insurance corporations. Classic conflict - Doctor and patient working together versus insurance corporation and their shareholders' desire for profit.

@OckhamsRazor4 @DutchRojas When we try to show them spreadsheets, contracts, have meetings with attorneys and accountants & HR, they tend to interrupt the speaker and have odd questions that miss the mark indicating their lack of expertise and experience in running a small business.

@elonmusk Bulk of money for Medicare goes through insurance corporations who take a "cut" as profit then pass it on to Doctors and Hospitals. Very inefficient. Eliminate the "middle man". Everyone gets sick and/or has a part failure so direct pay is a better model.
