I hear you—there are still so many unanswered (or unasked) questions in ortho. We can’t realistically have randomized controlled trials for everything, but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t push for better evidence and challenge long-standing dogma. The key is identifying which questions truly move the field forward. What would you do to shift the focus toward more relevant questions and meaningful progress?
