Good stuff. I’m all over the place on this. Even the @commentary podcast was, with @continetti taking the most pro-Trump view. Not that it was pro-Trump.
Ukraine, under active invasion, has only about half the total men under arms/population as Israel and Taiwan, and fewer than SK, Finland, Belarus, + 4 others. If Ukraine's own citizens can't roll back the invasion that @Kasparov63's heroes Obama + Biden encouraged in '14 and '22, why should anyone else do it?

I really wonder if David, who I used to respect and think of as a friend, has ever even considered, among other things, how it is remotely possible for far more Republicans to die due to not taking the vaccine, and for the GOP to do much better in the 2024 elections than in 2020.

You’d have to ask Dan. I don’t think it was just about off days. I think it was about on days, too. I know he didn’t like the kinds of salaries a lot of municipal employees were getting. Of course, now we’re all longshoremen supporters. What’s the diff between them and CTU?
@BruceWolfChi Oh yeah? I don’t remember that. Then again, 2013 Dan was a Reagan/Buckley/foreign alliance type. That shtick would have lower ratings than a Ford Pinto today. I’d be fascinated why guys that train to risk their lives shouldn’t remodel basements on off days.
