My Protein Cinnamon Swirl Bread Recipe (V1)
Yogurt is the secret to make this bread moist plus adds additional protein
It even gets better after the first day
Per slice, 10 slices per loaf:
Calories: 180
Protein: 12.5 g
Carbs: 15.5 g

8 oz cottage cheese (I used whole milk)
1/2 banana
1 egg
1/3 c Greek yogurt (Fage 2%)
1 tbsp maple syrup
3/4 c blueberries (or fruit of choice)
Blend until smooth, pour into 3 - 8 oz ramekins, bake at 350 for 17 min (longer if use frozen berries) or until center is just firm

I don’t condone feeding babies under 1 year added sugars. And even after that you should prioritize sweetening things with honey, maple syrup, applesauce, etc. They’ll get enough processed sugar in their life, no need to start that young.
