I've dealt with more miscarriages of justice cases than most lawyers.
Because few lawyers will touch such cases, and even fewer lawyers are ready to admit their profession can screw up.
I'll take lectures from no lawyer on miscarriages of justice.

They had to drag a NON neonatal specialist who hadn't practiced for 15 years as their main medical witness.

1, the air was on X Ray on the 12th, when Letby wasn't on duty.
2, No baby ever has been shown to die this way.

After the IRA bomber cases fell apart, police had to hand over EVERYTHING to the defence.
Now, the police get to decide what's relevant to share.
The whole system needs change. And a govt willing to do so.
