Explosion happened outside of building used as a server farm about a block from data center. Which is pretty common for these places to do. Build the giant skyscraper data center then turn the inconspicuous buildings close by into govt server blacksites.
@Beelezebubba It’s not the skyscraper, it is a 15 story building on 2nd Ave. It houses all of their servers. I was in there this summer looking at some of my buddy’s work.
