I completely get why Klopp is tired of dealing with the media. The question for this response was looking for a headline, and his full answer was praised by both Ian Wright & Dwight Yorke. These are taken out of the larger portion of the response purely for clicks.

In my opinion, these last couple months he’s been in his best form I’ve seen him in a Liverpool shirt. His athleticism & improved passing ability makes him really well suited to playing more of a wide defensive role.
You are sick if you don’t want him to score. Look at the smiles in the dugout and the eruption of Anfield.
It’s gonna be the most heartwarming story ever if he does score in a special moment.

This is the perfect way of describing what Liverpool do, its risky. There is no thought process to helping the backline if a bad possession loss happens & that’s why LFC fans wax lyrical about how good VVD/Konate/Ali are.
Sometimes it’s as simple as just playing forward really quickly. We pass less through the middle to make sure we don’t have any dangerous turnovers. Liverpool just don’t care and trust Van Dijk/Konate.

Bargain. The lanky, marauding, slaloming partner to Virgil. The runs he’d make, the players he’d shut down, was constantly overshadowed by his defensive partners greatness, but was a crucial part of Klopp’s Liverpool backbone, bought on a free.

So the VAR, Darren England, checked offside thinking the onfield decision was "goal."
It was a quick offside check because it was clear Diaz was onside, so he told the referee "check complete".
In telling the ref "check complete" he is saying the onfield decision was correct.

What people need to realize about Klopp is he’s never actually taken a break from management & he manages with every bit of his energy. He held onto his love for Dortmund & left them when they were a fraction of their former selves, I think he wanted to avoid that with Liverpool.

Took him months to figure out how to perfectly insert himself in this team & he does his job so incredibly consistent now. Break up play, retain the ball, move it to the playmakers, & avoid costly mistakes. Really amazing what he’s turned into as the seasons developed.
