Officers chased and arrested a male at Blackhorse Road Underground Station, he was in possession of a samurai sword and cannabis down his trousers. One officer received head injury and an ankle injury and another a wrist injury during the struggle.

Stratford NPT and West Ham core arrested 4 males involved in thefts of phones. Recovering numerous phones, bank cards and drugs they also had on them.

London Bridge NPT positively dealt with 14 beggars on the Underground this evening by issuing Community Protection Warnings & safeguarded 1 child by taking them in to Police protection, in connection with modern slavery. We also seized 200+ packs of tissues & 150+ begging notes.

He decided to lie about his details so was arrested.
It turned out he was wanted for an Indecent assault back in 2018!

In March one of our Sgt’s was off duty & travelling on a train when he was approached by an unauthorised tissue seller who was also travelling without a ticket. The Sgt had warned the male about this previously so he reported him for the offences. In court he was fined over £800!
