Today I told Dr. Dunn that I would support a countywide mask mandate. With almost 9,000 cases yesterday, and knowing there are many more who utilized home tests or haven’t tested yet, I have great concern for our healthcare system, our residents, and our economy. (1/)

Because it’s important to say out loud…
I’m a Republican who does not believe the 2020 election was stolen.
Can we improve our election processes? Of course! But Biden won. To Republican friends who think otherwise, this might be a good read.

I can’t imagine how those

People often ask me what “RINO” means. The perfect examples of a RINO are those who have an R next to their name, but stand with Russia during these horrific acts. I’m embarrassed that they associate in any way with the Republican Party.

As Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene and Rep Paul Gosar speak at this white supremacist, anti-Semitic, pro-Putin event, silence by Republican Party leaders is deafening and enabling.
All Americans should renounce this garbage and reject the Putin wing of the GOP now.
So this has been interesting… an anti-mask group sent out a blast text to every registered Republican. But now we are getting emails of support FOR the mandate because of their text.

Just a sample of things on my feed today…
This month marks 8 yrs since I was elected to office. The past few days I’ve reflected on why I ran in the first place. We may not always agree, but I will always do what I think is right, not politically expedient.
Hearing the news of the Pelosi break-in makes me sick to my stomach and so sad. I worry we will have fewer good people willing to run for office if we all can’t figure out how to have civil discourse in politics. We can listen to differing viewpoints without contempt.

You would think honesty would be a basic expectation for someone to be a candidate for Governor. The Lyman campaign is out of control with their outrageous claims. Next thing we know, they will be saying “the election was stolen” after they lose this race on Tuesday.
