@IcelandFoods @Jmcmltd672 Hi Iceland. Please can you stop using the term 'advertising regulators'? A lot of people are getting confused and believe it means we (the ASA) banned your ad. The decision not to clear your ad was made by Clearcast, a clearance body. They are not an ad regulator. Many thanks.

We've received a number of complaints about this ad and don't need any further for us to look into this. We're currently carefully assessing complaints to determine whether there are grounds for action under our rules.

@thelandlord28 @IcelandFoods @Jmcmltd672 Hi. It's impossible to say. If the ad was broadcast and it prompted complaints we would (as we do in all instances) assess the concerns that had been raised to see if there was a problem under our rules. But complaints don't automatically mean ad bans.
