I don’t get all the hate towards Can. He saw an opportunity to play for another massive club in a different league and no doubt make a massive pot of cash. Don’t think he ever slagged anyone off and always put a shift in. We’ve moved on to better players now anyway.

Klopp has one duty and responsibility, to his club. The FA Cup is clearly well behind the league and Europe in terms of priorities. The FA didn’t support the club when we got to the world club championship and clearly have no understanding of what the agreed winter break means.

I’m an Anfield season ticket holder and even I’m bored with all this. I’m sure most clubs push the boundaries and stretch what they can and cannot do. If there is to be any investigation it needs to be focussed on UEFA and FIFA!

Who are the great players? You’ve bought players past their best (Varane, Casemiro, Amrabat, Eriksen etc) and players who flatter to produce (Sancho, Mount, Martial, Antony etc)

I’d suggest bigger issue is young refs giving up due to abuse from coaches and parents. Have you considered that is why you’re likely getting older refs doing games that might be fitnesswise beyond them?
