HB 10 will expand access to prenatal, postnatal and mental health care and more. The Save KY Moms "Momnibus" will change Maternal mortality in KY and give newborns the healthy start they need in life.
House Health Services Chair @5boymom discusses the provisions of a measure aimed at improving maternal health conditions in the commonwealth. The bill will be filed later today as HB 10 and has been dubbed the “Momnibus Bill” as a result of it’s multi-faceted approach.

@dmwoof @Adams4SecState @fleming_ken I'm not sure why Christ, UC & St. Luke wouldn't make investments in NKy, went out out of business & needed a rescue when they were here. I guess they didn't really want to finance this system. Ask them if they are willing to open a full service hospital.
