@oodavid @CitizenUddin Theyre wanting 300+ from me for the adjournment application. I'm looking at options just now to see where I go from here. This is exactly what the driver wants. Just to cause pain and make me have to pay too.

@al_eye_am I had to apply via an N244 and theyve bounced it asking for payment. Every hearing has been in school half term holidays. Its playing havoc with the family.

@al_eye_am they are claiming data protection. It's 100% a revenge case against me but has gone on for over 2 years & across about 5 hearings. I've tried everything for support but everything costs lots to get started.
