Ken Holland is a brilliant GM that has proven older fellas can still work the job. He is a big reason why the Oilers are as complete a team as they are today. Continually Improving the club every season, all while retaining 1st round picks and backfilling key positions.

If the Oilers do replace Tipp, which.. seems likely if they don’t pull up. I am fine with it but the replacement has to be internal, Gully or Woodcroft. If you hire Babcock.. you are hiring mental manipulator and I cannot see this going over with our Leadership Core.

Sounds like someone doesn’t watch many Oilers games. While Hughes is the superior and more dynamic skater a la, Makar.. Bouch’s vision and passing along with an ability to get pucks to the net is elite. Different than Hughes, but every bit as effective.
