Quality sleep.
Quality work sessions.
Quality gym sessions.
Quality relationships.
Quality time.
Don’t get lost in the sauce.
Focus on the quality of your life.
Cut vices, cut bad habits, cut poor eating habits, cut negativity.
When I started praying consistently I noticed small changes in my life. They were small changes but they were positive. God is good put your faith in him.
You don’t need more time to learn
You don’t need more information
Jump in the water and learn to swim.
If you want to start something. start it today and learn from there. There will never be a perfect time. The perfect time was yesterday.
@unkonfined
Overtime I have learned this is true. I used to want to tell everyone everything hoping they would support me or be happy. It doesn’t always turn out that way.
Don’t obsess over materialistic items.
I’m not saying you can’t have them. But don’t become attached to them. They are just objects. When you die you can’t take them with you.
I would prefer to spend money on experiences rather than a pair of designer shoes.
@dcmvlt
I totally agree. But here you are beating the average. There are still thousands of others with the same mindset as you. What are you doing to beat them? What separates you from the other hard workers who are doing the same things as you?
I know a lot of you “don’t have time” but what if I told you that you could make tons of progress if you just took 15-20 minutes of your day and put it into something that you loved or into something that propelled you forward in life.
Mindset is everything.
Look at the opportunity for growth in everything.
If something isn’t going your way. Look at it from a different angle.
Take a step back and really look at the issue and find the core problem.
Ask why? Several times till you find the answer.
Here's a post on mental clarity: 🧠 Mental Clarity: The Ultimate Brain Hack 🧠 Ever find yourself staring at your screen, mind wandering, and wondering where the day went? 🤔 We've all been there. But fear not, my fellow humans! 😅 Mental clarity is the secret sauce to a
Fasting is incredible. I did a 36 hour fast this week and here are the things I noticed.
1. I wasn’t hungry the day after
2. I did notice a drop in energy levels but that is to be expected. I think pushing it further would’ve been beneficial and I would’ve been in ketosis
3.
If you struggle with procrastination there could be a few reasons.
1. You are anxious about the task at hand
2. You don’t have a set plan to finish the task
3. You lie to yourself and say you will do it later.
By putting off the task you are just adding stress to your life.
It’s important to do some soul searching a reflecting every once in a while. Don’t live a life that you hate.
Life is short… enjoy it. Use your time well.
Make memories.
And embrace the people around you.
You never know when your time is up.

Well said, not only do you ruin your reputation when you act out but you have a negative impact on the people around you. They now can’t unsee the fact that you lashed out in anger. They may forgive you but they won’t forget.
Reading the 4 agreements right now. And it is eye opening. Be careful how you speak about yourself and others.
Spread joy, hope, and positivity always.
There’s going to be late nights and early mornings. It’s apart of the game.
Idk bout you but when I’m 40 I want to look back with no regrets. Knowing I gave it everything I had.
Don’t live with the feeling of regret.
Stop putting a clock on your success.
You won’t see progress in a month.
Hell, you might not see it in 6 months.
But I promise, the results will come.
It took me 6 YEARS to get to where I am.
Constantly pushing myself to the limit.
So be patient with yourself.
Understood?
When choosing a mate it’s not all about looks. Will they be a good parent? Do they have morals? Are they hard working? Do they run when things get hard? Will they be the best caregiver for your kids? Will they love you till they die? Loyalty?
Looks fade.
Avoid the phase of taking in information and not using it. You can read 100 books on weight loss but if you don’t put it into practice nothing is going to change
The journey to becoming the best you can be is a long one. Don’t give up. Take it day by day.
Start small
- 30 day challenge
And add another 30 days
Next add 60 days
Next 120 days
And last a year.
You will be amazed
Be an actor in your life, put on a show. Sell your beliefs and dreams like they have already been achieved. Believe in yourself so much there is no second guessing.

I definitely see where you are coming from. You make great points. So do acknowledge that. Let’s agree to disagree. I do respect your opinion. Have a great rest of your day.
When dieting I clean up my diet and focus on low calorie foods. Why?
Because let’s say a cookie has 300 calories…
Do I want to be doing cardio till I burn it off or simply not eat the cookie?
Self explanatory
This is very true. Things tend to get messy. Write your thoughts down on paper. Plan and create in a journal and keep a clear visual and road map along with it. At the beginning and end of each day plan, reflect, and create. Your brain will thank you

Nah this guy is jacked and the odds are you don’t have a gun on you. He’s kicking your ass. He looks athletic. It’s over for you bro…..
I see different opinions all the time on this app
Some people say post 1-2x per day
And others say post as much as possible.
Which one is it?
I think as long as what you post is authentic or informative it’s ok to post.
The people that you see who are great at their craft have put in thousands of hours and you expect to be near that in a week?
Lebron
Elon musk
David Goggins
Donald Trump
Are all people who have put in time to their craft and don’t skip out on details.
You’re going good bro.
1 step forward each and every day is all you need.
Success is not linear.
Keep it pushing. You’ll get there eventually.
Trust in Gods plan.
Morning routine:
Wake up
Coffee
Get to it.
You don’t need a 50 step morning routine.
You can read, journal, meditate. Later on in the day.
I know those can be useful but I think starting the day with urgency sets the tone.

People only believe in God when it is convenient for them. (I am not arguing just making a statement you are free to believe what you want, but we will see in the end. God bless you)
I’m a big believer in setting little and big goals. I have 5, 10, and 15 year goals for where my want to be, how much money I want to make, etc.
However I also have smaller goals.
I have weekly goals, monthly goals, etc.
These help me stay the course of my big goals.
