Glad to see RIVET finally published in Bioinformatics. New features: 1) full tree analysis including GISAID seqs, 2) search by sample/EPI identifier and 3) link to UShER/Auspice view. Hope this can accelerate the discovery of SARS-CoV-2 recombinants.
