@nobartmao needs to appreciate the percentage of the budget allocated to UCDA Vs the contribution it makes to the National income. UCDA has less than 100 extension officers Vs 120+ coffee growing districts. Let them (Cabinet) revise the Budget to UCDA, all be well.
