What Pat's been able to do this summer considering where the team was after the McClung departure is pretty remarkable. And he spent a week of it in the hospital battling Covid. He's going to make the Big Guy proud and get this thing back to where it's supposed to be. Bet on that

Folks underestimate how much of this game is about having confidence in yourself. One of the best things that can happen for a player is having a coach who believes in you and is willing to build you up after you fall. Great parenting and coaching on display here.

Akok Akok, a 6’10” forward and former transfer from UConn, is a block machine with a great three point stroke. A two-time Cooley target, Akok is one of three scholarship players returning for Georgetown. Likely opens the season as the starting PF.
