Awful. I have a 4 year old son and he has no idea about gender, he asked last week if he could be a shark when he grows up. They are such precious innocent souls at that age, lying to them at such a fundamental level is nothing short of abuse.

First thing I’d do is investigate the parents. What 3 year old has the ability to formulate the cohesive thought of - I want to die and go to heaven to be a girl. That child is at risk.

Diagnosed with gender dysphoria in her late teens and a hysterectomy at 19 - so within a very short period of time they performed radical, irreversible surgery with devastating side effects on a teenager. That’s unimaginably irresponsible. Do no harm is a thing of the past.
