@cowbroker I’m certainly no fan of NCBA. I would say the USDA grading system has probably helped beef from falling off even further. Visit with a rancher from Australia where there is no quality incentive…it has completely taken them out of the restaurant market in a lot of situations.

@cowbroker I can agree to that, but we need as an industry to guarantee the reward to producers for marbling. I don’t think the packer will do that willingly when there is only 4 of them and you take the USDA out of it.
