We were invited to do rebranding for a local PJ mall before MCO. Because of the low tenantship (~50%), we suggested open working spaces ala a free coworking space and building supporting businesses (F&B, stationary, photostat, etc) adjacent to it.
Management got "insulted".
Mana-mana abandoned mall atau mall hidup segan mati tak mahu tu, kita boleh transform jadi indoor park. Mall yang allow kids to be kids.
Bawah ada skateboard, cage football. Atas pulak satu floor jungle gym. Atas ada cinema yang memang semua hall kids friendly.

In other countries, you can still jalan with 0 balance for a certain amount of days. This should be the system in place in case of emergencies with an “emergency” cap of maybe RM100.
After all, TnG already has all your details and semua benda pun kita pakai TnG these days.

Raya holiday is a triple pay holiday. For businesses that need manpower on the floor (supermarket, etc) they have to pay one extra day of triple pay (for Friday) if Raya falls on Saturday.
The argument can be made that they’re rich company, but what he says has basis.

Made a point to stop my car there today to revisit the spot and was a little shocked too by how deep 3.5m really is.
And this is street level ya. Below the 0 mark is a 1.5 meter drop to the surface of a river under the bridge. Pretty sure the river itself is 1+ meter deep too.

The main problem is an inconsistent rollout.
You have tolls that use eWallet / RFID, and tolls that don’t. You also have car parks that deduct direct from eWallet and car parks that need physical card balance.

I went to Taman Negara for vacation, and couldn’t make it out before the flood hit. Had to uturn at the flood area and stay in Padang Piol for 3 days before we took a sampan out. The flood water only cleared on day 5/6.

After double checking my app, I confirmed that payment had been made. So I emailed customer support.
They then informed me that I had keyed in wrong number plate into the app - WAR vs WRA - hence why the payment was not reflected.
They promptly canceled my saman. Ace!

The thing is once you actually start cycling, the heat doesn’t bother you so much. Sure you get sweaty and would need a change of clothes if you’re going into the office, but people who consciously choose to cycle already know this.

Indeed. Fresh milk has always been super expensive here. When I was young my mom opted for powder milk instead as more shelf stable and economical. But these days we buy UHT vs fresh which is about 40% cheaper.

Unfortunately no. I sent my cat for grooming at a shop local to me. He came back severely traumatized and his away from everyone + refused to eat for over a week. Very sad but he’s recovered now.

Grab / FP takes up to 32% fees. Chain restaurants / franchises also can’t afford to absorb, how do you expect independent businesses to absorb?
I am perfectly fine with paying for the food delivery charges. Be it RM7 or RM10 or even RM15 if it’s far away.
It’s the stupid mark up from the vendor to cover the commission that I cannot accept.

Lunar calendar vs Gregorian calendar. Christmas follows the latter, while Raya and even Chinese New Year follows lunar calendar. So unfortunately it can’t be a fixed date on the modern calendar.
