Decided to accept a job offer. After some serious consideration, it is a no brainer.
The office is 15 minutes drive from home, the working culture seems nice, open and transparent, the salary increment is more than 20%, with new job scope that will be a breath of fresh air.

My passion fruit vines are growing so fast, I estimate the growth to be at least 2 inches a day. Probably within a few months I'll get the green wall I want
Pandan are growing nicely too, snake plants are recovering with new shoots in the middle, pothos (stolen) still adjusting
