My gaji pertama in 2008 was Rm2800. 14 tahun lepas.
Menurut Jobstreet report ni, purata gaji entry level in 2021, rm2600. Turun 5.4%, 2020. From 2010-2018, average naik rm400 je in 8 years (2018 MEF Report). Now 2021 masih sama 2018 levels and lower than my 2008 salary. Why?
